Sundrop

Mobile. Social Local. Sundrop is a Mobile Loyalty Marketing application, loyalTXT™, integrates with Micros RES. It can also be used the small terminals or kiosks.

The process is simple! Just ask the customer, “Would you like to join our Customer Loyalty Program, all we need is your cell phone number?” When the customer gives you the number, simply entered it on the Micros RES Point of Sale Terminal. The customer is immediately sent a text allowing them to opt-in to your Customer Loyalty Program, loyalTXT™, powered by Sundrop Mobile.

Customers are then asked to complete a short list of questions asking for name, address, birthday, anniversary, and connecting to the merchants through social media.

It’s fast and easy! And done right at the Point of Sale.
